Designed with sustainable features, this 403,800 SF (37,500 SQM) warehouse holds a BREEAM “Good” accreditation. The facility was one of the first buildings in Germany to receive a “Good” assessment for construction and operation. In the pilot project to adapt the UK’s certification system to the German market, Prologis cooperated closely with DIFNI, the German Institute for Sustainable Real Estate, an organization dedicated to the promotion of BREEAM in Germany and German-speaking countries.
