Airport Way is our primary and largest submarket in Portland. We also have warehouses for lease in Northwest Portland, an infill submarket just minutes to downtown and the city center. Rivergate is a big-box submarket for our customers that is adjacent to the Port of Portland. We have logistics properties in Tualatin, a southwest Portland submarket close to the largest population centers and fastest-growing cities, and Clackamas, a large industrial submarket with good freeway access that’s close to customers and employees.
