Fast Company named Prologis to its 2026 World’s Most Innovative Companies list in the Urban Development & Real Estate category, recognizing the company’s transformation of industrial real estate into integrated infrastructure that powers supply chains, enables the digital economy and supports communities—while advancing low-carbon development.

Prologis was named to Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies 2026 list, marking its fifth consecutive year of recognition. Developed in collaboration with Korn Ferry, the list evaluates 650 of the highest-revenue companies across 51 industries and 30 countries.

Prologis was recognized on The Wall Street Journal and Drucker Institute's list of the Best-Managed Companies of 2025, marking our fifth consecutive year on the list and fourth recognition within the top 100. In 2025, Prologis also ranked in the top 10 for Employee Engagement and Customer Satisfaction, ranking No. 3 and No. 7 respectively. 

Prologis was named to the TIME Magazine World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2026 list, marking our third consecutive year of recognition since the list’s launch in 2024. This honor reflects our ambitious climate commitments, measurable progress and the deep integration of sustainability across our business strategy.

In 2025, Prologis was included in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class North America Index which comprises corporate sustainability leaders identified by S&P Global through its Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). The index is a strong indicator of exemplary long-term economic, environmental and social disclosure and performance.

Prologis earned an A- for Environmental Leadership on CDP’s 2025 Annual Disclosure. CDP’s scoring process is recognized as the gold standard of environmental transparency for corporations globally.

Prologis’ recognition on the 2026 Global 100 list from Corporate Knights marks the company’s 16th appearance on the list. This rating measures the world’s most sustainable companies based on a range of quantitative environmental and social impact metrics, including sustainably driven revenues and board and management diversity.

For the 14th consecutive year, Prologis was recognized by NAREIT for our superior and sustained practices in environmental stewardship, social responsibility and governance. 

Prologis ranked No. 2 in the U.S. for corporate onsite solar generation capacity, according to the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA)’s 2024 Solar Means Business Report. This biannual report tracks U.S. solar installations that support commercial activities at facilities, focusing on America’s largest companies. 

Prologis has been named to the 2026-2027 U.S. News & World Report Best Companies to Work For list, marking the company’s fourth consecutive year earning recognition as one of the best workplaces in the U.S. Prologis received a 5 out of 5 score across every workplace factor evaluated, including quality of pay and benefits, work-life balance and flexibility, job and company stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and esteem, and career opportunities and professional development.

Prologis earned an employee rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars according to company reviews on Glassdoor. The Prologis employee rating is 27% above the average for employers within the real estate industry (3.6 stars). Additionally, 94% of employees would recommend Prologis to a friend and 98% approve of the CEO as of June 2026.

Prologis was recognized as a Gold overall employer on the 2026 Where You Work Matters List, highlighting our leadership in creating high-quality jobs across American businesses. Powered by the American Opportunity Index, this independent ranking evaluates how effectively U.S. employers support career advancement, provide competitive wages and retain talent.

In 2025, Prologis earned top rankings at the Institutional Investor Awards, including ranking in the top three for Best CEO, Best CFO, Best Company Board, Best IR Professional, Best IR Program, Best Investor Day and Best ESG. Prologis has been recognized across categories for the Institutional Investor Awards program since 2015.  

Prologis earned the 2026 Investor CARE Award from Nareit, a mark of excellence in investor communications. Prologis was also presented with the Investor CARE Award in 2021, 2022 and 2025.
