Prologis Park Ruda Śląska is a new Prologis brownfield investment located in the heart of
the Silesian agglomeration. In the first construction phase, a BTS warehouse totalling 52,000 square meters was built
and in the second phase a BTS totalling 11,200 square meters was raised. The whole park
will ultimately comprise of facilities totalling more than 135,600 square meters.
The investment is perfectly located – only 9 km from the centre of Katowice, near the A4
