These are the legal terms and conditions that apply to you as a Seller of goods and/or services to Prologis companies.

Previous Versions

If your agreement or transaction was entered before November 12, 2025, the version of the General Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Goods and Services that were in effect at that time of contract execution will apply to your agreement.
