This LEED-certified 165,881 SF (15,411 SQM) industrial warehouse outside of Mexico City was constructed in 2015.

There is parking for 60 cars as well as charging stations for fuel efficient vehicles. Other sustainable design features include water efficient landscaping which leads to reduced water use. The U.S. Green Building Council gave the facility high marks for use of building products that incorporate recycled content materials, thereby reducing the environmental impact resulting from extraction and processing of virgin materials. Low emitting materials in walls, floors, paint and adhesives reduce indoor air contaminants to enhance the comfort and well-being of installers and occupants.

This sustainably designed modern warehouse facility is close to the Cuautitlan-Teoloyucan Highway as well as major distribution and manufacturing centers.
