This warehouse, measuring almost 190,000 SF (17,600 SQM), holds a LEED-Silver certification and was the first logistics property in France to earn this credential.  With features such as rainwater harvesting, water-efficient landscaping and innovative wastewater technology, it earned a perfect score for water conservation.  The site also scored well for sustainable construction practices, as construction debris was diverted from landfills and incineration facilities.  Recyclable materials were similarly redirected. It also used regional materials manufactured within a 500-mile radius of the project site during construction.
