Utrecht, located on the banks of the river Rhine, is an important trade center in the very heart of the Netherlands. Utrecht is home to ProRail, the government agency of the national railway network infrastructure; Rabobank, a world leader in food and agriculture financing; and the global technology giant Oracle.
