The devastating effects of several winter storms created a humanitarian crisis across Texas last month, leaving millions of residents without power and with limited access to food and water.

Prologis is committed to helping our Texas employees, partners and neighbors as they recover from this event. In that same spirit, the Prologis Foundation has donated $75,000 to the North Texas Food Bank, Houston Food Bank and San Antonio Food Bank.

Thankfully, all of our team members remained safe during the storms and despite the disruption to their own homes, they all came together to respond to customers’ concerns, inspect facilities for damage and help each other rally in in this time of need. In addition, most of Prologis’ customers were able to continue operating within their properties throughout the severe weather.

“I could not be more proud of our Texas team,” said Jonathan Rudersdorf, Prologis, senior vice president, Central Region. “Many of our colleagues worked all hours of the night communicating with customers and physically inspecting our properties. This is who we are as Prologis, why we are able to attract the best talent in the industry and how we separate ourselves from our competition.”
