Moghadam, the company's chairman & CEO, is scheduled to make appearances at New York University's (NYU) Thirteenth Annual REIT Symposium in New York City and at the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties' (NAIOP) I.con: The Industrial Conference for Commercial Real Estate, in East Rutherford, New Jersey on April 3, 2008.

At NYU's Symposium, Mr. Moghadam will participate in a panel titled, "Emerging Change Agents: Forces that will Shape the Markets in 2008." Mr. Moghadam will be the keynote speaker at NAIOP's conference and present on the topic of global trade and how it affects the United States, particularly the Northeast.
