Martina Malone and her team are responsible for client relations, capital raising and communication with Prologis’ global private investor base. Her focus is to develop and grow relationships with institutional investors and consultants and to raise capital for all of Prologis’ funds and ventures globally. During her time at Prologis, the team has raised $22 billion of capital for funds and ventures in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Prior to joining the company in 2010, Martina was head of European client relations and capital raising for JER Partners. She was also a vice president in Deutsche Bank’s European Securitization group; a vice president in Credit Suisse First Boston’s Asset Finance group; and she served in various real estate-related roles at Hypo-Bank in Munich and London.
Martina holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts degree from LMU in Munich and spent one year at Ecole de Management in Strasbourg, France.
