Lisa Vincent is Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence for Prologis. In this role, she is responsible for prioritizing, designing and executing continuous improvement activities and lean methodologies tied to Prologis’ most critical business processes.
Previously, Lisa served as a Vice President of Performance Excellence, as well as a Director and executive management consultant at Atrium Health. There, she specialized in Lean business transformation and was responsible for leading the organization's strategic continuous improvement efforts. Prior to that, Lisa served as the global continuous improvement leader for GIA. Before joining the private sector, Lisa served in the United States Navy for ten years, where she specialized in nuclear power operations.
Lisa holds a Master of Science, Business Administration from The Citadel Military College. She is a certified Project Management Professional, and previously held a Scrum Master certification.
