Implementation
Prologis Essentials implemented over 50,000 pallet positions of structural steel rackingincluding deconstruction, transportation and reconstruction which were completed three months ahead of expectations. Throughout the warehouse and office spaces, 660 new LED fixtures were installed and extensive electrical work was completed. Prologis also worked to find creative ways to patch, repair and reuse existing materials to meet Premium Guard’s needs for docking doors, resulting in cost savings and a significant reduction in time compared to competitor quotes.
