Build-to-Suit for Major Electronics Retailer in Tilburg, the Netherlands

Prologis delivered a 36,700 square meter build-to-suit extension for an electronics brand, one of the largest online retailers in the Benelux and a current customer at Prologis Park Tilburg. The new build-to-suit logistics space, an extension to a warehouse already leased by the retailer, is the company’s third expansion at the park, increasing their total space to more than 100,000 square meters. “We are proud of our partnership with [the retailer],” said Bram Verhoeven, country manager, Prologis Benelux, “and we are able to facilitate their growth with modern Class-A distribution facilities.”
