Fifty-four percent of our properties are in southeast Nashville in the LaVergne area, along the busy I-24 corridor, and are well positioned for regional and local distribution. In the Southeast submarket, we can accommodate customers who need 50,000 square feet to serve the city of Nashville or 500,000 square feet to serve regional areas.
