Prologis Park Berlin DC5 in Weißensee "An der Industriebahn" is located in one of the most forward-looking metropolises in Europe. Here, on a site of 32,500 m², Prologis will develop three innovative, climate-neutral logistics halls with a storage area of approx. 15,456 m², an office area of approx. 1,048 m² and a 1,009 m² mezzanine m² . The building will have photovoltaic systems on the roof and unloading gates for both trucks and for sprinters - the best prerequisites for sustainable logistics close to the city and fast distribution to the end customer. As an "all-electric building," no fossil fuels are used for the energy supply. The building is heated by an air-source heat pump. EV charging stations are available for car and van parking spaces. Individual requirements of the future user can be taken into account. The completion is scheduled for May 2027.
