This 255,840 SF (23,768 SQM) sustainably designed industrial warehouse just north of Mexico City has LEED Gold certification

The 2016 project used building materials that incorporated recycled content, thereby reducing the environmental impact resulting from extraction and processing of virgin materials. Reflective roofing reduces the urban heat island effect and lowers indoor air temperatures.  Increased ventilation, use of low emitting materials and ample daylight improve the indoor air quality. Water efficient landscaping and indoor fixtures reduce the burden on the municipal water supply and wastewater systems.

The building and park have a comprehensive security system with continuous, local and remote monitoring 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

With a total land area of over 9 MSF and net rentable space of 4 MSF (370,173 SQM), Park Grande will be the largest master-planned logistics park in Mexico upon completion. It is in a prime CTT location with toll-free access to México City as well as easy access to the main highways (Mexico City – Querétaro, Arco Norte and Circuito Exterior Mexiquense).
