Prologis’ Community Workforce Initiative (CWI) advances employment for the next generation of logistics talent while strengthening the communities where we operate. Through hands-on training, certifications and job placement support, CWI connects motivated individuals to high-demand careers in logistics, energy, supply chain and transportation.

The Prologis Learning Academy (PLA) is an online training tool for building skills aligned with entry and mid-level roles in the logistics industry. The PLA is now available in English and Spanish.

These local experts deliver comprehensive training programs, provide supportive services and help connect participants to employers. Programming is designed to align with workforce needs and is offered at no cost to individuals.
