Prologis Ventures

William (“Will”) O’Donnell leads Prologis Ventures, the venture capital, innovation and corporate development arm of Prologis. With over 22 years of experience in both real estate and technology, he heads efforts to invest in cutting-edge technology for supply-chain logistics and real estate.

Will joined legacy AMB in 2003 and established a successful track record of building and acquiring investment platforms and companies globally. He has led some of the company’s more complicated transactions, including the restructuring of six of Prologis’ private equity funds representing more than $4.5 billion in assets; privatization of G. Acción; establishment of two strategic capital vehicles; and AMB Property Corporation’s investments and ventures in India, China, Mexico, Singapore and Korea. Will brings private equity fund management expertise including capital raising, joint venture negotiation, asset management, work-outs, and debt structuring, as well as acquisition and development experience throughout Asia, Europe and North America.

Prior to joining AMB, Will was Director of Acquisition Solutions at Acxiom Impact, a leading digital marketing company, and a management consultant at Cambridge Technology Partners.

Will received his Bachelors of Arts in English and Spanish from Duke University.

Todd Lewis joined Prologis in October 2020 and is Senior Vice President of Prologis Ventures. He has over 8 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and the greater innovation ecosystem. During this time Todd worked across a broad spectrum of technologies supporting the Supply Chain Logistics space, including autonomous vehicles, robotic automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, aerial drones, as well as SaaS related growth technologies focused on driving digital efficiencies and ecommerce growth. Prior to joining Prologis, he created a new division at UPS focused solely on the venture capital ecosystem and was tasked with rethinking and relaunching their 23 year-old early stage venture arm, UPS Strategic Enterprise Fund, into a modern, robust, capability-driven investment arm, now known as UPS Ventures.

Todd has a background in financial management and worked as a financial consultant in the higher education space prior to joining UPS. He received his Bachelor's from San Diego State University, his Master of Business Administration from National University, and finalized an executive learning program from Berkeley Haas, School of Business on Venture Capital. He is married and has two daughters, who enjoy traveling and playing at the beach.

Lisa Costello is Vice President of Innovation & Growth for Prologis Ventures. In this role, Lisa leads initiatives that accelerate innovation across Prologis and its global customer network, with a focus on delivering strategic growth and value to the Ventures portfolio. She drives connections between internal business units, customers, and portfolio companies to identify pain points and introduce emerging technologies that create measurable enterprise value. She also leads the Prologis Innovation Accelerator, a global program that equips entrepreneurial thinkers within the company with tools, coaching, and cross-regional collaboration to transform bold ideas into scalable solutions.

At Prologis Ventures, Lisa partners with portfolio companies to accelerate growth, expand market reach, and create opportunities for collaboration with Prologis and its customers. She works with business units to evaluate, pilot, and adopt innovative technologies that enhance operations, deliver new customer value, and position the company ahead of market trends.

Lisa’s background spans corporate innovation, futures thinking, and marketing. She has a passion for design thinking and helping others develop the skills and processes needed to bring transformative ideas to life. Before joining Prologis, she served as Director of Innovation for Merchants Fleet, launching new business units including a fleet electrification department, and worked at Southern New Hampshire University’s innovation center, where she explored new models of higher education.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Daniel Webster College and an MBA in Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a certification in Future Foresight from the Institute for the Future. She lives in sunny Tampa, Florida.

Charlie is Vice President of Investments at Prologis Ventures, where he leads the investment team out of our New York City office. He brings a decade of experience supporting innovation and growth across global technology and sustainability sectors. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), where he led Corporate Relationship Management for the Frontier and Climate Technology divisions. In that role, he partnered with leading corporates in the energy, automotive, and industrial sectors to drive strategic investment and innovation initiatives.

Charlie previously spent seven years in SVB’s London-based EMEA division, where he played a foundational role in expanding the bank’s presence across Europe. His work spanned early-stage and growth lending to venture-backed companies, and he built strong networks within the international innovation ecosystem. Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Nottingham.

Rajeev Oak is an Investment Director at Prologis Ventures, where he invests in and helps build companies shaping the future of commerce, energy, and the built world. At Prologis, Rajeev was on the founding team of Prologis Mobility, and Prologis OnDemand - energy platforms that help accelerate fleet electrification, access to power, and resiliency.

Previously, Rajeev helped drive technology transformation efforts within Katerra’s Asia business. At Katerra, Rajeev led a team that developed and implemented software to measure and optimize the end-to-end workflow of pre-cast concrete components. Prior to Katerra, Rajeev spent two years across roles at Genentech and Oracle where he was focused on reliability engineering, and O&M optimization.

Rajeev holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Facilities Engineering from the California Maritime Academy with a minor in Mathematics. In his free time, Rajeev loves being outdoors (running, swimming, skiing), traveling, listening to podcasts, and cooking food with friends.

Tori Deems is the Director, Community & Strategic Partnerships for Prologis Ventures, where she is focused on the post-investment success of the portfolio through facilitating targeted connections, orchestrating high-value events, and supporting business development efforts. 

Before joining Prologis in June of 2023, Tori built and maintained key relationships with the most active corporate venture capital (CVC) investors in the U.S. as part of the business development team at Silicon Valley Bank. SVB is where she discovered her passion for CVC and the broader tech ecosystem. Prior to SVB, Tori spent two years at Deloitte, first in a marketing rotational program and then as a consultant on the Global Strategy and Innovation team. Her main project as a consultant was helping Deloitte build a global sales enablement strategy focused on harnessing the power of trust within an organization. 

Tori holds a BA of Business Administration in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management, with a minor in Women’s Studies, at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Outside of work, she loves listening to music, going to yoga, and exploring new restaurants. She also just moved to the Upper West Side of Manhattan and is looking forward to building out her network there. 

Rae Oakley is an Investments Director for Prologis Ventures, where she is focused on advancing the company towards a net zero future. Her work is to craft and execute on an ambitious strategy that will cement Prologis as a global leader in sustainability and construction innovation.

Prior to joining Prologis in June 2023, Rae built innovative solutions at various real estate focused technology startups, including a cash offer product for homebuyers and an online marketplace for building material specification.

Rae holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and BA in Architecture from Wellesley College. She is based in San Francisco and enjoys urban sketching, practicing yoga, and fermenting food and beverages in her free time. 

Joined Prologis in 2023 as an Executive Assistant in the Ventures team. She earned a Publishing and Media BA Hons in the UK before relocating to USA. She spent most of her career in the tech industry working as a People Operations Associate and Executive Assistant to CEO’s and Founder’s mostly in early-stage startup companies, where she worked closely with C level Executive members providing admin support, working on projects and HR administration while cultivating a positive experience and culture within the organizations. She was also responsible for all company events and team offsites. Managed the cultural and events team, hosting charity events and supported local charity organizations.
