Project Status

The SF Gateway Project received unanimous approval from the Board of Supervisors in December 2025, granting the development team the green light to advance its long-held vision of transforming one of the City’s last PDR districts. This transformation will demolish a collection of aging warehouses and underinvested infrastructure and create an innovative PDR hub at the forefront of sustainability and resilience.

Together with community and City partners, we are excited to enter the next phase of implementation, which will unlock meaningful community benefits and initiate targeted market outreach to identify best-fit tenants for this critical project.

Prologis remains committed to community engagement including updates throughout Project development. We will provide timely updates on this website in advance of site permit filings, the commencement of construction and any public events related to the Project’s community benefits.
