Provided below is additional detail about the specific benefits that have been or will be distributed. This information will be updated as the Project progresses.

Support for SF Market Capital Needs

This benefit supports the SF Market, our immediate neighbor to the north and a valued non-profit fresh food distribution center, in implementing their Redevelopment and Expansion Plan, these funds will contribute to capital projects associated with this Plan.

Benefit Amount: $500,000 - First of two installments
Phasing: Developer to provide first installment to receiving agency in May 2026
Receiving Agency: Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD)

Benefit implementation: OEWD will distribute funds to SF Market

Bayview Hunters Point Small Business & Community Organization Support

This benefit supports Bayview Hunters Point Small Business and Community Organizations in their efforts to improve neighborhood business corridors, public spaces and to champion businesses with a focus on improving physical spaces, increasing quality of life and building community capacity. Priority will be given to the following zip codes: 94107, 94124, 94103, 94110, 94112 and 94134.

Benefit Amount: $250,000 - First of three installments
Phasing: Developer to provide first installment to receiving agency in May 2026
Receiving Agency: Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD)

Benefit implementation: OEWD's Community Economic Development division (CED) will distribute funds to small businesses and community organizations.
Opportunities for Engagement:
• Respond to grants Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or apply for individual grant
• Represent community in grant program development

Community Environmental Support

This benefit supports the SF Climate Equity Hub or similar programs that seek to prioritize a transition to clean energy. Priority will be given to the following zip code: 94107, 94124, 94103, 94110, 94112 and 94134.

Benefit Amount: $100,000 - One time contribution
Phasing: Developer to provide full amount of funding to receiving agency in May 2026
Receiving Agency: San Francisco Environment Department (SF Environment)

Benefit implementation: SF Environment will distribute funds to small businesses and community organizations.
Opportunities for Engagement:
• Respond to grants Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or apply for individual grant
• Represent community in RFP development

Early Education

This benefit supports new and/or expands existing programs for high impact tutoring, learning loss recovery and literacy achievement. Priority will be given to the following zip codes: 94107, 94124, 94103, 94110, 94112 and 94134.

Benefit Amount: $300,000 - One time contribution
Phasing: Developer to provide full amount of funding to receiving agency in May 2026
Receiving Agency: Department Children, Youth and their Family (DCYF)

Benefit implementation: DCYF will distribute funds via grants to organizations centered around education development.
Opportunities for Engagement:
• Represent community in RFP development and evaluation of RFP responses
