In Q2 2018, capital values continued to grow. Excluding the effect of currency movements and transactions, the Fund’s portfolio value increased by 3.0% during the quarter.

Second Quarter Operating Results

Operating portfolio occupancy decreased to 96.4%. Total leasing activity covered over 540,000 SQM.
