Prologis has again been recognized by GRESB for exceptional performance in environmental stewardship, social responsibility and governance (ESG). For the sixth consecutive year, all Prologis funds received a GRESB Green Star. For the second year in a row, all Prologis funds received a score of 100 percent in the Management component; this score focuses on how the company’s ESG initiatives directly benefit its investors, customers, employees and communities. Further, Prologis received a score of 100 percent for both Social and Governance across all ten of its private and publicly listed funds.

Prologis’ Antoaneta Todorova has been named to GlobeSt.com’s “Influencers in Industrial Real Estate” list for 2021. This year’s list highlights individuals and teams that have made an impact and have proven to be critical to the industrial real estate industry. As senior vice president and fund manager for the Prologis European Logistics Fund (PELF), Europe’s largest open-ended core logistics fund, Antoaneta manages more than €15 billion in assets under management across 40 European markets and more than 100 investors. Beyond her success as fund manager, Antoaneta is a champion of inclusion and diversity (I&D)—identifying opportunities and fostering programs that bring Prologis’ I&D commitment to life.

FIBRA Prologis has been recognized by Institutional Investor in the publication’s 2021 Latin American Executive Team rankings. On the buy side, FIBRA Prologis CEO Luis Gutiérrez received a prestigious #3 ranking and the team received the #3 spot for its environmental stewardship, social responsibility and governance (ESG) initiatives. 

The Institute for Market Transformation and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Alliance has again awarded Prologis for its ongoing sustainability solutions.

Prologis’ Lisa Reddy and Alicia Hardwick have been named “Women of Influence” by GlobeSt.com. This year, the publication received the highest volume of entries in its history. Finalists were evaluated on a variety of factors including—but not limited to—their impact and reputation within their organization and industry; dedication to furthering the development of women within commercial real estate; and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.

For the fifth consecutive year, Prologis has been named to Japan’s ‘Best Workplaces’ ranking by the Great Place to Work^® Institute.
