Thomas Liu
President of Prologis, Greater China Region
Thomas Liu is responsible for leading Prologis' operations in Greater China, including development and investment, capital deployment and business development.
Prior to joining Prologis in September 2020, Thomas was head of Wanda Capital, overseeing capital deployment, strategies acquisition and risk management for Dalian Wanda Group, a cross-industry multinational conglomerate. Prior to that, Thomas served as Managing Director at Blue Ridge Capital China, as well as in leadership roles at Honeywell Greater China, Lear Corporation in China, and Johnson Controls in the U.S.
Thomas earned an EMBA majoring in Finance & Investment from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in China. He also received a Master of Science in Systems Design Engineering from University of Waterloo in Canada, a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute in the U.S.
