Nick Shen is Director, Prologis Ventures, China, and responsible for promoting venture practice with China team. Before joining Prologis, he worked as Director of Investment & Financing at the Shanghai Beyond Science for three years, which was a JV between Tencent and Wanda Group. The company focused on digitalization of shopping malls and integrating online and offline resources. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Manager in M&A at Wanda Group for nearly two years. He also previously worked as investment manager in different companies, including GuoHua life insurance, Xingtie Capital and Transportation and Construction Group’s real estate business unit, one of the largest real estate developers in China. He holds a master’s degree of civil engineer from Tongji university in Shanghai and a bachelor’s degree of Trade economics from ShanXi University of Finance and Economics.
