Hong Du is Vice President, Prologis Ventures, China, and is responsible for leading the company’s venture capital opportunities locally. He has 15 years of experience in corporate venture capital, M&A and private equity investment serving both large corporations and private equity funds.
Prior to joining Prologis, Hong was the Vice President and Head of Investment & Financing of Beyond Science, the joint venture of Wanda Group and Tencent. Before joining Beyond Science, he was the Vice GM of Capital Center and head of M&A at Wanda Group. Previously, he worked with two private equity funds: SAIF Partners and Blue Ridge China. Prior to that, he worked at U.S. Bank and Northwest Airlines. He holds an EMBA from CKGSB and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
