Eric Brown is responsible for the oversight, development and implementation of operations practices and policies for Prologis. This includes driving consistent use of technology across the organization, leveraging data as a competitive differentiator, generating new sources of revenue, and developing and managing a global corporate procurement capability. In addition, Eric oversees Prologis’ property management activities worldwide.
Over the past 25 years with Prologis, Eric’s responsibilities have included overseeing property management and operational enhancements across Prologis’ European portfolio, as well as managing operations for the Central Region, Prologis Mixed Use/Retail, and Mexico.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Management, and Marketing from Texas Lutheran University. He is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and licensed Real Estate Salesman in the State of Texas.
