Designed to be sustainable, this four-story, 425,000 SF (39,500 SQM) warehouse holds a CASBEE “A” assessment. Sustainable design features include a photovoltaic (PV) system that produces clean electricity from solar cells and green space on the roof to reduce the heat island effect and keep the interior of the building cooler. This multistory facility also has spiral ramps for vehicle entry and exit to eliminate the time and effort involved in moving goods by elevator.
