(NYSE: PLD), the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced it has leased a 702,000 square foot (65,200 square meter) redevelopment in France to TRANSALLIANCE, a European logistics company and repeat customer. The facility is located at Prologis Park Moissy II Les Chevrons, in the Paris metropolitan area, with direct access to major motorways.
