Prologis’ Moghadam Appears on CNBC’s Mad Money

Earlier today, Prologis chairman and CEO Hamid R. Moghadam appeared on CNBC’s Mad Money to discuss how the COVID-19 outbreak is transforming supply chains as well as the demand paradigm for logistics real estate worldwide, and how Prologis is built to weather the storm.

“Prologis was a very different company in 2008,” Moghadam said when asked to compare the current volatile business environment with the last major market downturn. “Today we have one of the top two balance sheets in the REIT sector,” he added.
