Prologis employees express pride and enthusiasm for the volunteer programs that the company sponsors—of special note is IMPACT Day, our annual global day of service, which this year will take place on Friday, May 17. On IMPACT Day, nearly 1,600 employees in 72 offices and 19 countries will contribute to their communities, making a difference in the lives of others. Prologis team members will work with 49 organizations on 65 projects that support education, human welfare and the environment. This year’s event promises to be impactful, rewarding and fun.
For the third consecutive year, we are partnering with Habitat for Humanity. This IMPACT Day, Prologis employees from 20 offices in seven countries will work on Habitat for Humanity projects. Over one-third of our employees across Europe, Asia and the Americas will build homes and improve living conditions for children and families in 16 communities around the world.
Prologis and Habitat for Humanity share a passion and goal to make positive and lasting contributions to our communities. One of the most successful methods to ensure children thrive is by providing them with stable homes. Other IMPACT Day activities include reforestation in the Americas, food preparation for refugees in Europe and classroom renovation in Asia.
