SAN FRANCISCO, May 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), declared a regular cash dividend for the quarter ending June 30, 2017 on the following securities:

  • A dividend of $0.44 per share of the company's common stock, payable on June 30, 2017, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2017; and
  • A dividend of $1.0675 per share of the company's 8.54% Series Q Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, payable on June 30, 2017, to Series Q stockholders of record at the close of business on June 19, 2017.

Annual Meeting Results

The following proposals were approved at the company's 2017 annual stockholder meeting: the election of all nominated directors to serve until the next annual meeting and until their successors are duly elected and qualified; the advisory vote for the company's executive compensation for 2016; and the ratification of the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year 2017.  In addition, our stockholders approved an annual future advisory vote on executive compensation.  

Our stockholders elected Hamid R. Moghadam (chairman), George L. Fotiades, Lydia H. Kennard, J. Michael Losh, Irving F. Lyons III, David P. O'Connor, Olivier Piani, Jeffrey L. Skelton, Carl B. Webb and William D. Zollars as directors of the company.
