In 2017, Prologis Mexico's Monterrey office developed 863,000 square feet of industrial real estate for Butler Manufacturing, a building-solutions company. Each year, the company gives awards to their top clients and contractors based on square feet of construction per region. On March 5, Butler Manufacturing named the Prologis Monterrey team the #1 Volume Builder for 2017.
Noe García, director of development in the Monterrey office, visited Butler’s headquarters in Kansas City, Kansas, to receive the award. Noe reflected on the visit and the award, "I was very pleased with the attention and recognition for Prologis Mexico. I could feel how important we are for the company and am motivated to continue working together on future construction."
