Prologis Park Wrocław III BTS Land

The park is located seven kilometers west of Wrocław on Graniczna Street. Its strategic supply chain value is determined by its proximity to the city's airport, servicing direct flights to Warsaw, Frankfurt, Vienna, Copenhagen and Munich. The park is the only distribution centre located in the area. Wrocław's western ring road bypass the park. The neighboring area is home to many of Wrocław's “bedroom communities”, which serves to heighten the park's appeal among employees commuting to work at the park.
