This 272,000 SF (25,000 SQM) Class A, LEED-certified logistics center is situated on a port-strategic 14-acre site that previously housed an obsolete and unsightly steel plant. Sustainable design features include an early suppression fast response (ESFR) fire sprinkler system that is ideal for warehouse environments. During construction, 75 percent of debris was diverted from landfills. Much of the building material is made of recycled content or was extracted, harvested or recovered regionally.

This concrete tilt-up structure features 32-foot clear heights at the first warehouse column, 51 dock high doors and an expansive 180-foot concrete truck yard. The facility has the capacity to meet high through-put distribution as operations customers can readily move ocean containers from the ports, a capability widely sought after by third party logistics providers.

One of the largest modern distribution facilities in the South Bay market, this rare infill location in Torrance is in a highly-desirable proximity to the dynamic ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach-as well as located immediately south of the San Diego 405 Freeway.
