This 250,000 SF (23,200 SQM) warehouse, like all Prologis UK warehouses built since 2008, was designed with sustainability in mind and also has a BREEAM “Excellent” accreditation.  In testament to the sustainable design elements of this property, when Target Zero—a research program providing free guidance on the design and construction of sustainable, low- and zero-carbon buildings in the UK—conducted a study on green developments, it selected Prologis Park Stoke to represent the warehouse category.  Based on the energy efficiency of the site, Target Zero found that warehouse developers can make significant progress toward reducing carbon emissions through energy efficiency measures.
