This warehouse with sustainable design features, measuring 359,000 SF (33,300 SQM), was the first industrial building to be awarded final stage BREEAM 2014 “Outstanding” accreditation.  Prologis Park Dunstable is a previously derelict brownfield site in the middle of the town.  Redeveloping it, Prologis worked closely with the supply chain and dealt with site-specific issues, such as ground contamination and re-use of demolition materials. These efforts gained additional BREEAM credits.
