Completed in late 2016, this 60,463 SF (5,617 SQM) LEED – Gold-certified industrial warehouse, built with regional materials, was designed to the highest sustainability standards. The facility earned the highest scores possible for sustainability attributes such as access to public transportation, electric vehicle charging stations and available parking. The warehouse also received high marks for sustainable features such as reflective roofing to reduce the urban heat island effect, light pollution reduction and community connectivity. Increased ventilation, use of low emitting materials and ample daylight improves the indoor air quality.

Centro Industrial Juarez is near the Juarez International Airport with close access to Mexico’s Interstate 45 and the US Interstate 110 and US Interstate 10. At full build-out, the park will contain 18 buildings totaling over three MSF of Class A industrial real estate.
