This 110,600 SF (10,275 SQM) warehouse holds a “Gold” certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Resource-efficient innovations in this sustainably designed warehouse include an energy-efficient heating system and water-saving fittings. At the same time, only low-pollutant materials and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council)-certified wood materials from sustainable sources were used during construction.
