With a metropolitan area population of 14.6 million, London is one of the world’s great cities. Third-party logistics providers, airlines, and food and beverage companies are among the most active tenant groups for industrial properties and warehouses in London and the South East. The regions’ logistics networks are poised for growth with the development of the London Gateway deep-sea container port on the Thames.
