This 324,000 SF (31,775 SQM) warehouse outside of Prague was designed and constructed to achieve BREEAM “Good” accreditation. It includes sustainable features, such as automatically controlled high-efficiency warehouse lighting, increased ventilation in common areas and use of recycled content in building materials. The site also allows for use of public and alternative transportation. With added insulation, the building envelope is highly efficient and airtight. The exterior lighting is designed to reduce light pollution.  Submeters help optimize energy consumption.
