This 266,149 SF (24,726 SQM) Bay Area industrial warehouse was redeveloped in 2016 and scored in the top 79 percent of projects in the LEED Core and Shell 2009 Silver certified rating system. During construction, 75 percent of debris was diverted from landfills. Much of the building material is made of recycled content or was extracted, harvested or recovered regionally.
This sustainably redesigned warehouse earned very high ratings in the LEED “Energy and Atmosphere” category due to a 40 percent improvement on the baseline building performance rating before the 2016 redevelopment. The facility is equipped with an early suppression fast response (ESFR) fire sprinkler system that is ideal for warehouse environments. It has 32’ clear heights, 50 docks, and 180’ truck courts for easy maneuvering.
This newly constructed state-of-the-art warehouse distribution building is close to Port of Oakland, Oakland Airport, San Jose Airport and San Francisco International Airport.
