Prologis delivered a 36,700 square meter build-to-suit extension for current park customer Coolblue, one of the largest online retailers in the Benelux, at Prologis Park Tilburg.  The new logistics space is an extension to a warehouse already leased by Coolblue. This build-to-suit is Coolblue’s third expansion, increasing the company's total space at the park to more than 100,000 square meters. “We are proud of our partnership with Coolblue,” said Bram Verhoeven, country manager, Prologis Benelux. “Coolblue is a long-term customer and a true market leader, and we are able to facilitate their growth with modern Class-A distribution facilities.”
