Because we are familiar with the intricacies of the planning systems in the municipalities in which we operate, we take a realistic, long-term approach and focus exclusively on sites where planning consent for distribution centers and industrial logistics buildings is feasible. We continually monitor the planning status of each site, working with local stakeholders and resolving any potential problems that might arise.
