In December 2016, Prologis delivered a 538,819-square foot build-to-suit for Fedway Associates, New Jersey's leading wine and spirits distributor. The build-to-suit has 48 dock doors and parking for 384 trailers and 257 cars.

Fedway Associates occupies one of the two industrial warehouses comprising Prologis Ports Elizabeth, a master planned distribution park on 72 acres of land in Elizabeth, New Jersey.  Prologis Ports Elizabeth is located off the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 13A, which provides direct access to the tristate area and is adjacent to Port Elizabeth and Port Newark.

“Fedway has been in search of a new facility over the last few years to accommodate their growing business needs.
