This 8,000 square meter build-to-suit facility (DC1B) at Prologis Park Hegyeshalom is the second space Fiege, a leading European logistics provider, occupies at the park.
Fiege has also signed a lease renewal for its existing 11,400 square meter space in DC1A at the same park. The new 8,000 square meter facility, which is its second building at the fully occupied park, includes 100 square meters of state-of-the-art office space.

Prologis Park Hegyeshalom currently comprises 32,265 square meters fully leased to Fiege and SMR. It offers 120,000 square meters of additional development potential. The park is in western Hungary in the proximity of Vienna, Bratislava and Győr, providing easy access to all three markets via the M1 and M15 motorways.
