ProLogis is a leading global provider of distribution facilities, with more than 475 million square feet (44 million square meters) of industrial space in markets all across North America, Europe and Asia.
With the signing of two new leases in Toronto, Prologis’ Canadian platform is 100 percent leased. Emerson Canada, a global manufacturing and technology company, is leasing 171,000 square feet (15,900 square meters), and a leading consumer packaging company is occupying 245,000 square feet (22,800 square meters). Both companies will occupy the space at ProLogis Park Bolton.
ProLogis Park Bolton #1 is a 416,000-square-foot (38,700-square-meter) distribution center located in Caledon, Ontario. Completed in 2009, the facility is registered with the Canada Green Building Council for LEED-CS Silver certification and incorporates a number of sustainable design and construction techniques.
