Prologis promotes an ethical culture and ensures its associates are regularly reminded of our ethics policy. All employees and the board members are sent an Ethics Challenge on a regular basis. Every employee must complete this training as a condition of continued employment.
The Prologis board of directors has adopted a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, applicable to all colleagues and the board itself that affirms the importance of ethical behavior in all business dealings. Colleagues are responsible for abiding by the Code in the performance of their jobs and in their interactions with each other and those outside the company, including customers, investors, suppliers, government officials and local communities.
Several provisions of the Code are intended to help associates and the Board avoid the conflicts and other issues that may arise in transactions between the company and all stakeholders.
