Today, Catellus continues to grow its portfolio of mixed-use properties in North America under the umbrella of ProLogis. In 2005, Catellus merged with ProLogis (NYSE:PLD), the world’s largest owner, manager and developer of real estate, with distribution space in Asia, Europe and North America.
