Prologis provides distribution and logistics facilities for many of Europe’s leading companies and has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality facilities at strategic locations across the CEE region. To date we have constructed 760,000 square metres of build-to suit facilities for 27 customers. Working with the customer through all phases of the development process, Prologis ensures that its buildings are designed and constructed to meet each operator’s individual business requirements.
Traditionally Prologis has managed the whole development process, but funding arrangements can be adapted to suit the customer. We can work as the development manager or operate as a joint venture partner with customers, funding partners or land owners.
With a wealth of experience and expertise in the planning process, Prologis will take full responsibility for seeking planning permission for each facility we deliver for our customers. Because we are familiar with the intricacies of the planning systems in each country in which we operate, Prologis takes a realistic, long-term approach and acquires sites only where planning consent for distribution and industrial buildings is possible. We constantly monitor the planning status of each site, engaging with local stakeholders and seeking to resolve any potential problems that might arise.
As a result of long-standing relationships with a number of architects, specialist consultants and contractors, Prologis can assemble a team of professionals whose talents and expertise are best suited to specific projects.
Prologis consistently delivers high-quality buildings that not only meet the customer’s operational needs, but also help to reduce occupational costs and the customer’s carbon footprint. All new Prologis buildings are designed and constructed to operate as passively as possible to maximize energy efficiency.
